Over-sized filter- $4 a month
• Provide and replace an over sized filter at time of tune up
Uv replacement lamp- $12 a month
• Replace a standard UV lamp at time of tune up
Advanced system cleaning- $10 a month
• This package includes sanitizing the air system of the home, chemical wash of the indoor evaporator coil to remove bacteria, odor neutralizing agent installed in the air stream (odorless and used in homes after a fire, or heavy smoking to remove smells), chemical wash of you drain system to keep algae and mold from growing, outdoor unit chemical cleaning to ensure maximum efficiency, and vacuuming of blower motor, vents, heat exchanger, and cabinet.
